Booking & Cancellation Policy

Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your event date.

Final Payment
Remaining balance is due on the day of the event prior to setup.

Cancellations

More than 7 days before event
– Deposit may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).

Less than 7 days before event
– Deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling
– Date changes must be requested at least 7 days prior to event and are subject to availability.
