Replacement & Resolution Policy
At Avique Prints, every order is handcrafted from your personal memories. Because each piece is created uniquely for you, our policy is built around protection, fairness, and long-term quality — not mass returns.
Custom Production Policy
All products are made to order.
Once your design enters production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We do not accept returns for preference-based reasons (such as design change, photo choice, or change of mind).
Print Quality Commitment
We guarantee the craftsmanship of our materials and printing process.
If your order arrives with a production-related issue, we will correct it.
Eligible concerns include:
• Printing defects
• Incorrect cropping caused during production
• Adhesive failure
• Lamination lifting
• Manufacturing imperfections
• Transit damage
If approved, we will reprint and ship a corrected version promptly at no additional product cost.

Image Accuracy Policy
We reproduce images exactly as submitted.
We are unable to provide complimentary replacements for issues resulting from:
• Low-resolution uploads
• Poor lighting or blur in original image
• Screenshot-quality files
• Spelling/text errors submitted by customer
• Incorrect orientation selected at checkout
For best results, upload original, high-quality photos directly from your device.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If a parcel is returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Refused delivery
• Unclaimed shipment
Reshipping will require a new shipping payment.
Refunds are not issued for delivery failures outside our control.
Lost Shipment Protection
If tracking confirms a package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier.
If confirmed lost, we will recreate and resend your order.
Order Modification Window
Changes can be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be in production.
Live Event & Bulk Services
Event magnet services and large custom orders operate under separate booking agreements.
Please refer to your signed contract for those specific terms.
