All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed at checkout before production begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inappropriate content, or technical errors.

3. Customer Content Responsibility

By uploading images, you confirm:

• You own the rights to the photo or have permission to use it
• The image does not infringe copyright, trademark, or privacy laws
• The content is not unlawful, abusive, or explicit

Avique Prints is not responsible for intellectual property violations related to customer-submitted content.

4. Production & Accuracy

We print images exactly as submitted.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

• Cropping
• Spelling
• Orientation
• Image quality

Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and print processes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times and shipping estimates are provided separately in our Shipping Policy.

Avique Prints is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Customs delays
• Incorrect shipping information provided by customer

Risk transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

6. Live Event Services

Event bookings require a deposit to secure the date.
Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in the event agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Avique Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, delays, or service interruptions.

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only for order processing and communication.
